High quality single-crystal zirconia nanosheets were successfully prepared via molten salt method, using solvothermally synthesized product as precursor. The effects of heat treatment temperature and soaking time on the phase composition and morphology of samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, Thermal analyzer, Raman spectrometer, Field-emission scanning electron microscope and Transmission electron microscope. The results show that zirconia nanosheets with a thickness of 60–80 nm and a width-thickness ratio up to 13 could be obtained by using NaCl and Na3PO4 as composite salts at 900 °C for 5 h. The precursors containing Zr–OH and Zr–O bonds have relatively high activity, which is beneficial to crystal growth. In addition, the as-prepared nanosheets with exposed (001) plane are monoclinic-structured and show no distinct defect. The growth behavior of particles during dissolution-recrystallization process is analogous to self-focusing mechanism. The preparation method can be extended to wet-chemical synthesis of other nanomaterials. 相似文献

The interaction of bubbles is the key to understand gas–liquid bubbling flow. Two-dimensional axis-symmetry computational fluid dynamics simulations on the interactive bubbles were performed with VOF method,which was validated by experimental work. It is testified that several different bubble interactive behaviors could be acquired under different conditions. Firstly, for large bubbles(d: 4, 6, 8, 10 mm), the trailing bubble rising velocity and aspect ratio have negative correlations with liquid viscosity and surface tension. The influences of viscosity and surface tension on leading bubble are negligible. Secondly, for smaller bubbles(d: 1, 2 mm), the results are complicated. The two bubbles tend to move together due to the attractive force by the wake and the potential repulsive force. Especially for high viscous or high surface tension liquid, the bubble pairs undergo several times acceleration and deceleration. The emission characteristics of vehicles fueled by hydrogen-enriched syngas were investigated under the no-load condition. Syngas was produced using a fixed-bed gasification system. A Jetta car was modified and used for emission experiments with engine speed between 800 and 4800 rpm. Syngas compositions and emissions were analyzed using gas chromatography and a SPX-Tecnotest 488 exhaust gas analyzer, respectively. The results showed that syngas composition had significant effect on HC and NOx emission and air ratio (λ) was the key factor affecting CO emission. HC and NOx emissions increased significantly from 6 to 16 ppm and 139–832 ppm, respectively, when engine speed increased from 800 to 4800 rpm. CO emission did not significantly increase (lower than 0.5%) at engine speed less than 3200 rpm; at higher than 4800 rpm engine speed, CO emission increased rapidly (up to 2.7%). 相似文献

针对1 200 MPa级冷轧先进高强钢轧制不稳定问题,对热轧原料组织性能均匀性、冷轧压缩比、冷连轧机组轧制策略等进行了分析。结果表明,热轧工序投入边部加热器,采用分段冷却等手段,可有效降低热轧原料头尾部组织性能差异,保证通卷性能均匀,进而保证通卷轧制过程稳定;通过优化冷连轧机组压缩比,可有效降低材料本身的加工硬化强度,进而避免连轧机组后面机架的轧制超负荷情况;通过优化冷连轧机组轧制策略,可保证轧制过程中各机架均匀变形,避免出现轧制力差异较大的情况,进而保证轧制过程稳定。采用上述措施,1 200 MPa级冷轧先进高强钢轧制力控制在约15 000 kN,厚度精度控制在±0.06 mm以内,可保证该级别高强钢的稳定轧制。 相似文献

静载试验作为复合路基的一种重要检测手段而广泛应用,然而,在工程质量检测中,常出现检测结果与实际情况不符的情况,除人为操作因素外,垫层模拟过于简单是主要原因。借助引入弹性垫层,提出一种桩土复合路基静载试验改进方法。首先,基于数值模拟计算,建立复合路基桩土应力比n和桩土相对位移Δs、弹性垫层厚度h和弹性垫层模量E的函数关系;其次,通过模拟结果和路堤荷载结果对比,确定不同桩型复合路基静载试验中弹性垫层参数选择范围,最后,利用现场对比试验和实测结果,论证桩土复合路基静载试验改进方法的正确性和可靠性。 相似文献

为提高煤、天然气资源综合利用效率,优化合成气成分,进行了煤与天然气气流床共气化技术研究。介绍了煤与天然气气流床共气化的试验装置及工艺流程,考察了气化温度、压力、水煤浆浓度、CH4与煤比对共气化反应的影响。结果表明,气化温度和CH4与煤比是共气化反应的主要影响因素,较高的气化温度对共气化反应有利,气化温度为1 350℃时,共气化指标较好,有效气体积分数大于90%;随着CH4与煤比的增大,合成气n(H2)/n(CO)增高。CH4与煤比为0.9 m3/kg时,合成气中n(H2)/n(CO)约1.2。根据后续合成工艺要求,通过调节气化温度和CH4与煤比,可获得n(H2)/n(CO)在0.8~2.0的合成气。 相似文献

Two-dimensional (2D) numerical models are frequently adopted to investigate combustion and thermal performances in rectangular micro-channels for micro-thermophotovoltaic and thermoelectric devices. However, large error may exist by applying a simple 2D model. In the present work, the outer wall temperature distributions predicted by 3D model and simple 2D model were compared. The results showed that the maximum relative error of the simple 2D model depends significantly on the aspect ratio (α) of the micro-channel. To be specific, the maximum relative error was >30% for α = 1 and > 10% for 2≤α ≤ 4. However, it was <5% for α ≥ 9. A new 2D model was proposed to modify the underestimated heat loss ratio. The new computational results demonstrated that the maximum relative error of α = 1 decreased to 8.07% and for micro-channels with α ≥ 2, all the maximum relative errors are <5%. In summary, the modified 2D numerical model can achieve a satisfactory prediction with low computation cost. 相似文献
